The coach's role is to help clients tap into their own wisdom, identify solutions, and build confidence in their ability to handle difficult situations. By recognizing their full potential, coaches support their clients in cultivating resilience and self-efficacy, empowering them to approach conflict with a sense of agency and clarity.

 

By addressing the interconnectedness of all areas of an individual's life, coaches can help

clients identify root causes, emotional triggers, and patterns that shape conflicts.
